SevTech partnered with AXA Ireland to provide Programme Management Consulting Services for a major transformation initiative modernising the insurer’s core operations.

The multi-year programme focused on upgrading AXA Ireland’s end-to-end capabilities using the Guidewire Insurance Platform, covering policy, billing, claims, data, and customer services. SevTech oversaw delivery governance, cross-stream integration, quality assurance, and business readiness across all workstreams.
