Our growing team brings deep experience across software engineering, enterprise technology, project delivery, AI and commercial strategy. Dervilla McNamara, Technical Project Manager, brings extensive experience delivering software and digital transformation programmes across the telecommunications industry, including work with Vodafone, Three, BT and O2. Her experience spans the full Software Development Life Cycle, leading cross-functional teams across complex technology, cloud and enterprise programmes.
Paul Higgins, our Technical Lead, brings more than 30 years of engineering experience across telecommunications, transportation, security and surveillance, insurance and banking, having worked with organisations ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Our AI capability is strengthened by Ivo Brett, Senior AI Solutions Architect, who works directly with enterprise clients to architect and deliver AI-enabled cloud solutions. Combining enterprise architecture with hands-on software engineering, Ivo works across the full journey from discovery and solution design through implementation, secure deployment and operational handover.
On the commercial side, Daithí Thornton, Sales Director, brings extensive experience in account management, commercial strategy and scaling revenue-generating go-to-market functions. Dave Casey, Test Manager, brings more than 25 years of testing experience, specialising in telecommunications and insurance, and is currently working with Vodafone on the ReInvent programme.
Together, the team adds significant depth across the technology and commercial capabilities that underpin SevTech, strengthening our ability to work with clients on complex technology challenges and deliver practical solutions.
