Overview
​The goal was to transition from a survey-based assessment model to a scalable, data-driven SAAS solution. Challenge
Brandr Index relied on a labour-intensive, survey-driven process for brand assessment, limiting scalability and efficiency. To support growth, it needed to migrate to a SAAS model while maintaining data accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and defining a clear product roadmap.
Additionally, key architectural decisions, including AWS silo vs. pooled implementations and customer onboarding flows, needed to be addressed.

A three-phase approach was established, focusing on feature development, customer touchpoints, and cloud-based architecture.
SevTech proposed a scalable AWS-based architecture, assessed implementation options, and structured a phased delivery model to ensure a smooth transition from manual assessments to an automated, AI-driven SAAS platform.
